Wpływ głosowania podzielonego na wyniki mieszanych wyborów parlamentarnych do nowozelandzkiej Izby Reprezentantów

Mieszane systemy wyborcze stanowią bardzo złożony, a przez to niezwykle interesujący mechanizm wyłaniania reprezentacji parlamentarnej, który generuje niespotykane w innych systemach wzorce zachowań uczestników rywalizacji wyborczej. Jednym z nich jest tzw. głosowanie podzielone (ang. split-ticket voting) polegające na jednoczesnym udzielaniu przez wyborcę poparcia kandydatowi i liście, które zarejestrowane zostały przez dwa różne ugrupowania. Artykuł stanowi próbę identyfikacji skali oraz najistotniejszych politycznych konsekwencji podziału głosów w wyborach do nowozelandzkiej Izby Reprezentantów z lat 1996–2020. Wnioski z mieszanych wyborów parlamentarnych w Nowej Zelandii mogą z powodzeniem zostać wykorzystane na potrzeby dyskusji na temat reformy systemu wyborczego do Sejmu toczonej w polskiej przestrzeni publicznej od ponad trzech dekad.
