This article deals with a method of enforcing money judgments in Spanish enforcement law – “para pago” administration. This is an alternative method of enforcement to judicial sale. In historical development, this institution was also in the old law on civil proceedings from 1881, and then it was moved to the current law of 2000, with the a new legal form. The essence of “para pago” administration is to satisfy claims on the proceeds of the debtor’s assets, which were seized by the court during the enforcement. Spanish legal solutions are interesting from the point of view of enforcement by forced administration over the debtor’s enterprise or farm in Polish law.
